ChambanaSeniors.com was a true community effort, but much of the credit for advancing this ground-breaking online magazine — once just an idea, now a reality — belongs to our founding partners, Clark Lindsey and the Community Foundation of East Central Illinois.

Clark-Lindsey
For 40 years, Clark-Lindsey has been East Central Illinois’ premier retirement community for today’s accomplished adults. Situated on 28 acres bordering Urbana’s Meadowbrook Park, Clark-Lindsey is a not-for-profit life plan community, or continuing care retirement community, located on the edge of the University of Illinois campus.
Its mission is to engage the mind, spirit, and body in wellness and community so that older adults may thrive.
A non-profit, Clark-Lindsey has served the local community for decades and this passion is shared by its employees and residents. Employees and residents participate in and lead Clark-Lindsey programs that allow us to give back to our surrounding communities. Examples of these programs are Ethel and Maud’s table, CLVolunteers, Intern Program, and Nursing Assistant Training Program.
